ExpoLeads App: Use your own iPhone or Android device to capture leads via the barcode that is printed on the attendee badge. The App allows you to capture attendee’s info by scanning the barcode on the badge with your phone (You can view attendee info during the show). The user is able to add custom lead qualifiers and lead notes. The leads are available for download from our leads portal at any time during or after the conference. Attendee lead info is automatically pulled from the online database upon scanning the barcode. It works without an internet connection. No need for pickup at the show as Qleads will send you your login info and license activation prior to the show.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Single license price includes a license for (1) device only. If you would like other booth staff to be able to capture leads on their device as well, then a multiple license pack is required.

Option 1: THE TOUCH: Our mobile touch screen color display badge scanner lets you navigate like the iPhone. Add custom notes to your leads by using the virtual keyboard. Add the lead qualifiers option below and simply touch the display to add qualifiers to your scanned leads. No electrical required in your booth, battery will last the duration of the conference. Includes the feature for quickly and randomly drawing contest winners from attendees that you have scanned at your booth.

Option 2: THE BLACK & YELLOW: Handheld mobile scanner that provides exhibitors with the freedom to move around their exhibit to scan attendee’s badges. It comes with (10) standard attendee qualifiers. It had a B&W LCD display to view scanned info. No electrical required in your booth, battery will last the duration of the conference. Includes the feature for quickly and randomly drawing contest winners from attendees that you have scanned at your booth.

Option 3: THE MINI: Are smallest lightest badge scanner. With one button operation simply push and scan the badge. Custom lead qualifiers can be added via a scan sheet. Simply scan the badge then the qualifier barcodes you want and that's it. A fast, convenient  lead retrieval solution. No electrical required in your booth, battery will last the duration of the conference.

Option 4: QleadsMobile App - (Watch Video): Use your own iPhone or Android device to capture leads via the barcode that is printed on the attendee badge. You can also add any number of custom lead qualifiers and make custom notes. All your data is sent to our secure online server where we then reconcile it against the registration data and send you a final Excel lead list after the show (You will see the attendees data after the show not during). There is NO limit to the number of people in your booth that can capture leads using their smart phone or tablet device - NO extra cost per user. Requires internet access on your handheld device (3G+ or Wi-Fi). Leads are captured via scanning the barcode on the badge. This solution uses very minimal data when using a mobile data plan.
NOTE: Attendee lead Info cannot be seen until after the event. Price includes unlimited device licenses. (Watch Video)

Qleads ExpoLeads Mobile App - $265

Use your own iPhone, Android, or iPad to capture leads via an App you install on your device. The App allows you to capture attendees' info by entering the badge code or by scanning the barcode on the badge with your phone (Like a QR Code Reader). The user is able to add custom lead qualifiers and lead notes. The leads are available for download from our leads portal at any time during or after the conference. Attendee lead info is automatically pulled from the online database upon scanning the barcode or entering the badge ID No.  It works without an internet connection. If an attendee badge is scanned that was created onsite at the show the App will only capture the badge ID No. (Have no fear this is all we need the rest of that attendee's data will be provided after the show or upon update of the online database at a later point during the show).

NOTE: once an app license is activated in a device it is locked to that device. If another device needs to be activated then another app license will need to be purchased.

Advantages:
- Scan a barcode or enter ID code (both can be done)
- See attendees' info when a badge is scanned
- No internet connection is required
- Can add notes to leads during less busy showtimes (Review and make notes on leads you have already captured)
- Create custom lead qualifiers anytime you want no extra cost

Lead Qualifiers

You have selected custom lead qualifiers as an option. 
In the text box below please fill in the custom qualifier codes that you would like programmed into your unit. Up to a maximum of of you standard qualifiers and some examples of possible custom qualifiers below:

40 codes are available to you with 23 characters including spaces. Please print your qualifiers in capital letter to ensure legibility.

Qualifiers that already come standard with your Qleads badge scanner are:

- DAVE SMITH FOLLOW-UP - (Assign sales reps names for immediate follow up or action items) 
- CHECK PRINTER NOTES - (Use an action code like this if you have chosen the Wireless Mini Printer Ad-On option)

Mobile App users: You can go to the Google Play or Apple App store to download your the obile app before the show. Siply search for "ExpoLeads Mobile"
We will send you your app activation licenses approx. 2-3 days prior to the event start date.

LeadLink users: We will send you the LeadLink info approx 2-3 days before the show start date. Once you have the link you can share with any other co-workers within your booth (no liit on the number of devices or users)

By submitting your order you have authorized Qleads to charge your credit card. If you do not receive an electronic confirmation of your order within 2 business days, please contact us immediately to verify that we have received your order. All equipment ordered must be picked up at the service desk prior to the start of the show unless you have ordered the “Pick‐up Service” option. Failure to pick up equipment does not entitle you to a refund. All equipment must be returned to the service desk within 1 hour of the close of the show to avoid additional charges (unless you have selected the “After Show Pick‐up” Option). A non‐refundable charge of $2500.00 will be applied for equipment not returned to Qleads at the close of the show. There is a $85 fee for all cancellations. All cancellations must be submitted via e‐mail 14 business days prior to the start of the show and there are no cancellations or refunds after this time.
